Seventeen artists in the splendid surroundings of Ross Parish Church, four of them new this year. Sally Boehme, Vanessa Burley, Ruth Credland, Caroline Davies, Lisa Dear, Sarah Delahoy, Mary Deaville, Nigel Donovan, Sian Gibbs, Wendy Healey, Catherine Lewis, Nina Oakman, Monique Oliver, Vanessa Rhead, John Sherahilo, Karen Tacey, Di Weissberg. You'll find paintings in oil, mixed media, watercolour and alcohol. Printmaking, jewellery, ceramics, glass, carvings, sculpture, gifts, cards and more. The great things about St Mary's people tell us, are the light and spacious interior, the generous space around the art and the friendly welcome visitors receive. Also of course, the delicious refreshments - coffee, tea, homemade cakes, soup and rolls, salad and quiche at lunch time and the chance for a sit down while you soak it all up ...and perhaps decide that you really do want to buy that piece after all! The church interior is flooded with natural light, creating an uplifting, tranquil setting. It's sense of space and history makes it a truly special venue for art, bringing together heritage and contemporary work in a way that feels both inspiring and welcoming.
